Ayesha Takia is one new girl who has been consistently climbing the popularity charts despite her films not doing well at the box-office. She made a confident debut in Taarzan - The Wonder Car (though she didn't had much to do there) while her performance was acclaimed both in Dil Maange More and Socha Na Tha. The best thing to happen to the19-year-old was that she signed a film with Ram Gopal Varma. The film titled Loot was to be directed by Prawaal Raman (Gayab, Darna Mana Hai) and co-star Aftab Shivdasani and Riteish Deshmukh.
But the girl is not doing the film any more. And no, Takia wasn't ousted from the Factory film. The girl voluntarily opted out of the film and the reason cited is the usual date problem. The film was supposed to start-off in January 2005 but is now postponed to April and Takia has other assignments on hand.
Whose loss is this? Your guess is as good as ours.
