Rajkumar Hirani's film P.K has been making headlines thanks to Aamir Khan's Rajasthani look in the film. However now on a different note, the film is making news yet again; Rajasthan's forest and tourism minister Bina Kak was injured on the sets of the film while shooting in Mandawa, a small town in Jhunjhunu district of Rajasthan.
Kak underwent surgery for her injured leg in a private hospital in Delhi on Monday. In fact before leaving for Delhi, Kak posted a message on her Facebook page saying, "Off to delhi friends, to get my ankle fixed..the surgery will take place on Monday morning...Will be back soon for my normal life, I want to thank all my friends for their concern... you all have been my strength!!! My ankle got fractured in mandawa where I had gone to give the Muhurat clap for P.K., and a family holiday which was long over due. see you all soon."
Bina Kak undergoes surgery for injury on sets of P.K.Apparently the accident occurred when Kak, who is playing the role of Aamir's mother in the film, slipped while giving the mahurat clap and suffered multiple fractures in her right leg. Post the incident she was rushed to a nearby hospital and then to SMS Hospital in Jaipur where she underwent a surgery.
