Deven Varma, the evergreen actor, who was mostly known for his comic roles, passed away in Pune early today morning after a severe cardiac arrest and kidney failure. He was 78 years of age.
Known for his roles in films like Chori Mera Kaam, Chor Ke Ghar Chor, Khatta Meetha, Angoor and Andaz Apna Apna amongst others, Deven had even tried his hand in producing and directing a few films. Besides Bollywood, he also acted in couple of Marathi and Bhojpuri films.
