Hrithik Roshan invests a lot of time in his work. While he is known for mentally adapting to any role that he takes charge of, the actor makes sure to undergo even the physical transitions of the character requiring it. Recently, the actor spoke about the kind of look he wants to achieve for his upcoming film Fighter. The film, which also features Deepika Padukone, will feature him in an action avatar.
Talking about the prep for his role, Hrithik Roshan said, "If you ask about my preparation for my role for my next film, Fighter, I would say it requires about a 12-week transformation that I always follow. So, November 9, I should be looking leaner than what I look right now."
Hrithik commenced his 12-week transformation regime recently and has marked November 9 as his goalpost to achieve the look for Fighter. Speaking about the film, it will feature his pairing with Deepika Padukone for the first time on the big screen. The film also stars Anil Kapoor and is directed by action filmmaker Siddharth Anand. Produced by Ajit Andhare, Mamta Anand, Ramon Chibb, and Anku Pande, the film is expected to hit the big screens on September 23, 2023.
Meanwhile, Hrithik Roshan will next be seen in the Saif Ali Khan starrer Vikram Vedha. The film, which is a remake of the Tamil film by the same name, also stars Radhika Apte and Rohit Saraf in pivotal roles. Directed by Pushkar–Gayatri, it will hit the big screens on September 30. The action drama will feature Hrithik in the role of a gangster, whereas Saif will play the role of a cop.
