Legendary singer Manna Dey was admitted in Banglore almost a month ago, due to chest infection. While the 94 year old singer's condition was said to be critical, he was kept under observation for a long period of time. After a lot of attempts, the doctors finally took him off the ventilator on the afternoon of July 5.

The singer's condition is now said to be much more stable and he was even spotted listening to music, two days ago. Apparently, the legend was also suffering from kidney issues for which he is undergoing dialysis. We also hear that the singer has regained conscious and was even spotted interacting with his family.

The legend has been an important part of the Bollywood music industry for decades and has even won two National Awards and a Padma Bhushan.
