After her debut movie Rockstar, the actress will soon be seen performing an item number in the Shahid Kapoor, Ileana D'Cruz starrer Phata Poster Nikhla Hero. While the preparations are on full swing for the item number, the actress recently ended up with an injury.
Apparently, Nargis was recently spotted with a bandage on her back and buzz was that the actress had a muscle pull in the back, right before she was supposed to shoot. However the actress tweeted, "My neck is much better. Heating patches do the trick. Ok got to get going to set."
