Salman Khan, who is busy with the promotions of his upcoming film Bajrangi Bhaijaan, seems to have overstressed himself amidst hectic schedules. The superstar yesterday injured his back because of which the ongoing promotions may face a small roadblock.
Salman Khan apparently sprained his back because of which he has been advised to rest for sometime. Sister Arpita Khan, however, took to Twitter to assure the fans that there is no reason to panic. She tweeted, "Salman Bhai is Fine, there's nothing to be Alarmed about. Thank you for your love & concern as always."
After his last film Kick, which was released during Eid, this time around too, Salman Khan is all set to celebrate the festival with his fans by releasing Bajrangi Bhaijaan during the occasion.
