Bollywood actor Sidharth Malhotra, one of the biggest action stars in the industry, was recently spotted in Dinesh Vijan's Maddock Films office in Mumbai. On the same day, actress Kriti Sanon too was seen visiting the same office. This was enough to spark speculations on whether the two would be pairing together for the first time in a film backed by Maddock.
However, none of the speculations have any truth. A source has clarified that, although Sidharth and Kriti were seen visiting Maddock Films office on the same day, they are not starring in any film together backed by the banner.
The source, close to Maddock Films, revealed, "Yes, both Sidharth and Kriti did go to the Maddock office on the same day, but that was for different reasons. Just because two actors were seen on the same day at the same production office does not mean they are doing a film together. This is just some over zealous PR agencies trying to add spice and make stories where there are none."
The 39-year-old actor was last seen in Yodha, an action thriller film directed by Sagar Ambre and Pushkar Ojha. The film also starred Raashii Khanna and Disha Patani. Despite creating a buzz, the film did not perform well at the box office.
