Tata Elxsi, a part of the Tata Group, India's one of the largest business conglomerates and A Squared Entertainment (A2), an international children's entertainment company have recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to form a joint venture to create, develop and distribute original brands, including animated entertainment and digital gaming.
