Yesterday, we witnessed the Nikhil Advani film D-Day that released alongside Prabhu Dheva's Ramaiya Vastavaiya take the lead in terms of Box Office collections, out-beating the latter by a small margin. However, post the dreaded Monday, that usually witnesses a slump in Box Office collections, it is Ramaiya Vastavaiya that seems to be raking in the moolah.
According to the Tuesday collections, D-Day managed to rake in Rs. 3.1 crores while Ramaiya Vastavaiya took the lead by a hair's breadth with Rs. 3.15 crores. With these new figures, Prabhu Dheva's film still retains the lead, although Nikhil's D-Day seems to be closing the gap slowly yet steadily.
It remains to be seen whether D-Day that stands with a cumulative figure of Rs. 20.29 crores manages to emerge as the winner over Ramaiya Vastavaiya at Rs. 21.45 crores before Friday.
