NH10 that released on Friday last week has been receiving positive reviews from the audience and critics alike. The film which got off to a rather slow start picked up over the weekend collecting Rs. 13.30 crores.
In this Box Office report, we take a look at the collections of NH10 while comparing them to that of previously released Women Centric films. Interestingly, despite NH10 managing to generate immense hype prior to its release, the previously release Priyanka Chopra film Mary Kom that was also hailed as one of the best films of the year takes the top slot collecting Rs. 30.60 crores. The Sunny Leone starrer Ragini MMS 2 also managed a better collection of Rs. 24.50 crores.
However, an interesting point to note is that 2014 featured a multitude of women centric films releasing, all of which posted decent weekend collections.
