Despite the response to her film Jigra, Alia appeared cheerful, greeting the paparazzi with a radiant smile. She posed with Shaheen, who looked graceful in a sea green salwar suit. Alia, meanwhile, stunned in a vibrant pink lehenga with detailed embroidery, complemented by large golden jhumkas.
Amid the controversy surrounding Jigra, director Vasan Bala addressed the film's disappointing performance in an interview with Fever FM. He openly acknowledged that the film's poor box office opening was a personal setback and took full responsibility, stating, “It’s my responsibility to deliver at the box office because we’re in the business of filmmaking.”
Despite the film's underperformance, Alia Bhatt remained composed at a Diwali event, posing solo for photographers with a bright smile. Unfazed by the situation, her appearance reflected her focus on the festive season and her upcoming YRF project, Alpha.
