Ananya Panday, who recently featured her chic style off screen at the high-profile Anant Ambani - Radhika Merchant wedding in Mumbai, is all set to channelize her inner fashionista on screen with Call Me Bae. The actress will be making her web-series debut with this Amazon Originals and as fans eagerly anticipate to know more about the show, the actress has decided to drop a brief update. It seems that Panday has kicked off the dubbing session for the same and posted about it on her social media handle.

While it seems that Ananya has wrapped up the shoot of Prime Video's much-anticipated series Call Me Bae, she gave her social media fam a sneak peek of her dubbing sessions. Sharing much excitement ahead of her long format streaming debut, Ananya captioned the post, "Dubbing for my fave girl BAE".

About Call Me Bae

Call Me Bae is a Dharmatic Entertainment production with Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, and Somen Mishra as Executive Producers. Written by Ishita Moitra, Samina Motlekar, and Rohit Nair and directed by Collin D’Cunha, the eight-part series features Ananya Panday in the lead along with an ensemble cast comprising of Vir Das, Gurfateh Pirzada, Varun Sood, Vihaan Samat, Muskkaan Jaferi, Niharika Lyra Dutt, Lisa Mishra, and Mini Mathur.

The show traces the story of Bae, who is, in a sudden turn of events, is downsized from an heiress to hustler. She realizes that her most valuable assets aren’t her diamonds but her street smarts and style. Broke but refusing to be broken, she navigates the newsrooms of Mumbai, finding beaus, behens, and her better self. The Amazon Original series is expected to stream globally across 240 countries and territories from September 6 on Prime Video.
