Nayak, directed by S. Shankar, is a compelling Indian political drama released in 2001. The film stars Anil Kapoor, Rani Mukerji, Paresh Rawal, and Amrish Puri, and revolves around the story of a common man, portrayed by Kapoor, who is given the opportunity to be the Chief Minister for a day.

Anil Kapoor is currently reveling in the success of his latest venture, Animal, where he shares the screen with Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, and Bobby Deol in a formidable antagonist role. The film, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, has garnered acclaim for Kapoor's performance and the overall star-studded cast.
