Anil Kapoor’s doppelganger reveals his favourite actor from Bollywood, and it’s not who you think!

Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor’s lookalike Giovanni DelBiondo revealed the name of his favourite actor from the B-Town while talking about his ‘wildest dream’.

Earlier this week, an American bodybuilder took the internet by storm for his striking similarities with Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor. For the unversed, the US-based fitness freak by the name of Giovanni DelBiondo shared a collage featuring a selfie mirror of his alongside Kapoor. Well, interestingly, though he does look like Anil Kapoor, his favourite Bollywood actor is Hrithik Roshan.

In an interview with Hindustan Times, Giovanni discussed Anil Kapoor’s stardom and asserted, “I have watched numerous Anil Kapoor films. He has got a cool swagger about him. My favourite film of him is Virasat”. Adding further, he told, “My parents are into Bollywood as they appreciate different cultures and wanted to inculcate that in me. So, they introduced me to Bollywood. I am very lucky as many Americans don’t understand how wonderful Bollywood movies are. I have to say, my favourite films are from Bollywood and not American films.”

The fitness coach also revealed that being a Hindi film actor will be his “wildest dream come true”. He then mentioned, “the first Bollywood movie I ever watched was Veer Zaara. I’ve seen every Shah Rukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan movie. It would be a dream come true for me to meet Hrithik! He is amazing and I am a huge fan.”

Though DelBiondo’s post has received reactions from actor Varun Dhawan and filmmaker Karan Johar, Anil Kapoor himself has not reacted. Commenting on the same, Giovanni concluded the conversation by saying, “I am hoping he will reach out”.
