It's official. Indian Cricket Team Captain Virat Kohli and Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma got hitched on Monday in a private ceremony in Italy. The couple got married at a beautiful location in Tuscany in the presence of family members and only close friends.

Sharing images from the wedding, Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli wrote, “Today we have promised each other to be bound in love forever. We are truly blessed to share the news with you. This beautiful day will be made more special with the love and support of our family of fans & well-wishers. Thank you for being such an important part of our journey.”

Just after they made the public announcement, wishes poured in from every corner of the world for the newlyweds. Anushka Sharma's industry colleagues including Shah Rukh Khan, who she made her debut in Rab De Bana Di Jodi, expressed his love for the couple. Shahid Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Amitabh Bachchan, Alia Bhatt, Sonam Kapoor, Sidharth Malhotra, Farhan Akhtar amongst others shared lovely wishes for the couple.

Virat Kohli's teammates including Shikhar Dhawan, Umesh Yadav, Ajinkya Rahane, Ashwin Ravichandran also wished the couple luck along with sportspersons from other fields. Even some of the Pakistani players too wished the newly-wed couple.
