There are a bunch of Bollywood actors who have undergone a massive physical transformation before making their debut on the silver screen, and one of them is Arjun Kapoor. Though the actor weighed about 140 kilos before his debut, right after the release of Ishaqzaade, he enjoyed a massive female fan following. Since then, Kapoor has often given workout motivation to his fans. Making an addition to the same, Arjun took to his social media handle and gave a peek into his “Leg Day”.

Interestingly, on Friday, the Ki & Ka actor took to his Instagram handle and shared a video, in which he can be seen doing back squats, Romanian deadlifts, Bulgarian split squats, Sumo squats, and Leg curls in a gym. Instagramming the video, Kapoor wrote, “Life has its ups and downs, I call them squats.”

Giving details of his leg day, the Gunday actor further wrote, “Back Squats: 4x15 / Romanian Deadlifts: 4x15 / Bulgarian Split Squats: 4x15 (both legs) / Sumo Squats: 4x15 / Leg Curls: 4x15.” He also tagged his trainer and added a bunch of hashtags, including “Work In Progress”, “Fitness”, “Motivation”, “Gym”, and “Friyay”.

The video has managed to grab the attention of many from his 14.3M Insta fam. A section of netizens flooded the comments section with fire emoticons. Seeing him indulging in a high-intensity routine at the gym, a user wrote, “You're the strongest,” while another commented, “Can’t wait.”

Coming to his professional front, the 37-year-old actor was last seen in Ek Villain Returns, which also featured John Abraham, Tara Sutaria, and Disha Patani. The Mohit Suri directorial received a mixed response from the audience; however, Kapoor’s performance was praised by many. He has a few projects in his kitty, including Kuttey, Mere Husband Ki Biwi and The Ladykiller, among others.
