Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul tied the knot in a beautiful, private ceremony at Suniel Shetty’s farmhouse in Lonavala.

Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul, who were dating for years, decided to put a ring on it and soon the couple announced their marriage on January 22, 2023. After hosting an intimate pre-wedding festivities, the actress and cricketer tied the knot in a lavish and private traditional ceremony at Athiya’s father and popular 90s-star Suniel Shetty’s farmhouse in Lonavala, Maharashtra. While the audiences got only a couple of glimpses of their wedding in the official photos shared by the couple, immediately after the marriage, they have unveiled another set of moments on their first wedding anniversary.

On Tuesday, Athiya Shetty and cricketer KL Rahul took to Instagram to share a joint post which was a video of some unseen moments from not just their wedding but also their pre wedding festivities. The video gives us a glimpse of their photoshoot in casual outfits and later, also a sneak peek into their Haldi ceremony and reception which was attended by near and dear ones. Apart from that, the video also featured some moments from the vanmala and other wedding rituals at the mandap, giving audiences a further insight into the personal and fun moments from their special day. They captioned this beautiful video saying, “Finding you was like coming home” and concluded it with an infinity sign.

Needless to say, many fans showered their love on the post and dropped heart emojis. Among them was also actresses Esha Gupta and Sagarika Ghatge, who seemed to have showcased her appreciation over the romantic video.

Apart from them, family members of Athiya, that is her father Suniel Shetty and brother Ahan Shetty also shared their best wishes for the couple on the special occasion of their first anniversary.
