Athiya Shetty shares cozy pictures with her boyfriend and cricketer KL Rahul on his birthday

Actress Athiya Shetty wished her boyfriend and cricketer KL Rahul on his birthday by sharing romantic photos of the two of them. The two have been dating for a while now. Though the two have never spoken about their relationship in public, they have never shied from showering love on each other on social media.

Athiya shared three black-and-white pictures on her feed while wishing K L Rahul. In the first picture, the two can be seen posing on the street with Athiya hugging Rahul. The second picture sees the two walking away in the woods holding hands and the third is a bus selfie as the two get cozy. “anywhere with you, happy birthday,” she captioned the post.

Reacting to the post, Rahul wrote, “Love You”.

Meanwhile, a week ago, Athiya along with her parents Suniel Shetty and Mana Shetty had gone to watch KL Rahul play at the Indian Premier League (IPL) at the Wankhede Stadium. KL Rahul is the captain of Lucknow Super Giants in the ongoing season of the Indian Premier League. However, Rahul's team lost the match to Rajasthan Royals by three runs.

On the other hand, KL Rahul scored an unbeaten century against Mumbai Indians during the match on Saturday at Brabourne Stadium. His unbeatable century helped Lucknow Super Giants post 199/4 in the 20 overs and the team registered their fourth win of the season. Rahul scored the century in the 19th over and celebrated in his trademark ‘shutting the outside noise’ style by covering his ears with his fingers.

With this century, KL Rahul is now the second captain after Virat Kohli to score multiple centuries as the captain of a franchise. He had earlier scored a century in 2020 as the captain of Punjab Kings. Lucknow Super Giants which is debuting this year is currently second on the points table with 8 points. They are behind Gujarat Titans who are leading with 10 points.
