John Abraham is currently promoting his upcoming film, Batla House starring Mrunal Thakur among others. The film is based on real-life event. While promoting the film in New Delhi, team Batla House met Vice President Venkaiah Naidu.

Batla House is based on the Operation Batla House encounter. John Abraham plays the role of police officer Sanjeev Yadav. The film will release on Independence Day.
