Television actress Parull Chaudhry is currently seen in Zee TV's daily soap Bhagya Lakshmi as a high-class lady named Karishma Oberoi from South Mumbai. She plays an aunt to lead actor Rishi (Rohit Suchanti) in the show and has quite impressed the audience with her performance. On the occasion of Krishna Janmashtami this year the actress recollected her childhood memories of the cheerful festival.

Parull Chaudhry who plays the role of flamboyant Karishma Oberoi in Lakshmi Bhagya expressed that, “I feel Janmashtami brings in a lot of cheer and joy in everyone’s life. In fact, I have many fond childhood memories of the festival. I remember how we used to visit all the jhankis around and have a lot of sweets. This year, I will definitely miss the Dahi handi celebration in Mumbai, but I will pray that the COVID-19 pandemic goes away for good, and we resume normal life soon. Till then here’s wishing everyone a very Happy Janmashtami.”
