Bhumi Pednekar promotes Badhaai Do in a sheer saree with love written in different languages : Bollywood News

Bhumi Pednekar is currently gearing up for the release of her upcoming film Badhaai Do. The film directed by Harshvardhan Kulkarni also stars Rajkummar Rao. The film which shows lavender marriage will be the first Hindi film to hit the theatres after the third wave of the pandemic and the team of the film is currently busy promoting the film.

Bhumi who is promoting the film took to Instagram on Monday to share several pictures of herself dressed in a sheer white saree and sleeveless blouse designed by Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla. However, what makes the saree special is the message embroidered on it. The saree features love written on it in different languages. In the pictures, what could be prominently seen was the Tamil word for Love- which is Kadhal.

Sharing the pictures of her in the gorgeous saree, Bhumi wrote, "Pyaar, Ishq, Mohabbat. #BadhaaiDo #Promotions #MohobbatZindabad Wearing @abujanisandeepkhosla." The saree goes perfectly in sync with the theme of Badhaai Do.

Bhumi and Rajkummar play homosexual characters in the film, who get into a marriage of convenience. They decide to get married and live as roommates and continue to go about their lives while hiding their sexual orientation from their families. The movie directed by Harshavardhan Kulkarni, is one of the most eagerly awaited family entertainers releasing this year in cinemas. Besides Rajkummar and Bhumi, the family entertainer also boasts of an ensemble cast featuring talented actors like Seema Pahwa, Sheeba Chadha, Chum Darang, Lovleen Mishra, Nitish Pandey, and Shashi Bhushan amongst others essaying pivotal roles & taking the narrative ahead.
