Shehnaaz Gill is undoubtedly one of the most popular contestants in the history of Bigg Boss. The actress graced the finale stage of the recently concluded Bigg Boss 15 over the weekend and entertained the viewers with her trademark style along with host Salman Khan. However, she also had an emotional moment on the stage as she and Salman Khan remembered the late Sidharth Shukla whom she had met on the sets of Bigg Boss and shared a close bond.

After Shehnaaz Gill arrived on the stage, she got emotional on seeing Salman Khan. The superstar host also got teary-eyed as the two remembered Sidharth who passed away last year. Salman revealed that he has been keeping in touch with Sidharth's mother and often talks to her on the phone. He also advised Shehnaaz to move on in life. "The last few months have been very difficult for Shehnaaz. But I am looking at her work and I am happy that she is moving forward in life. I have a strong feeling that after this she will only achieve even greater heights," Salman said.

Later on, the two broke down on stage. Salman hugged Shehnaaz to comfort her and told, "Just move on in life now".

"You have your whole life ahead. So, move on. I know this has been a very difficult time for you. It has been very difficult for everyone, but especially for you and Siddharth’s mother. I talk to Siddharth’s mother. I often call her. You have responsibility on your shoulder and now it is very important for you that you focus on that. So just work now and enjoy life," Salman added.

Sidharth Shukla, who was also the winner of Bigg Boss 13, passed away on September 2 after reportedly suffering a heart attack. Sidharth's untimely demise left his legion of fans in shock; Shehnaaz was heartbroken and stayed away from the limelight for over a month. During the grand finale of Bigg Boss 15, Shehnaaz performed to her song Tu Yaheen Hai as a tribute to Sidharth.
