Bigg Boss 16: Salman Khan wants to become a ‘ghost’ to spy on Katrina Kaif’s husband Vicky Kaushal

Katrina Kaif promoted her upcoming film Phone Bhoot on the sets of Salman Khan's Bigg Boss 16.

It seems like Phone Bhoot team is not leaving any chance to keep the audience engaged with its quirkiness and fun. While the makers keep on coming up with creative ideas to bring the audience close to the experience of this upcoming comedy of horrors, the cast is also making their presence at different places to bring the fun of the film to the audience and now they have reached on the sets of Bigg Boss season 16.

Keeping up their constant spree of promotion, the cast of Phone Bhoot the world's most beautiful ghost, Ragini aka Katrina Kaif, the two clueless ghostbusters Gullu aka Ishaan, and Major aka Siddhant Chaturvedi recently made their appearance on Bigg Boss 16. As the cast went on the show, they were seen having fun with the host, superstar Salman Khan.

While on the stage the host, Salman Khan, and Katrina Kaif was seen grooving together on 'Tip Tip Barsa Paani' song while on the other hand Ishaan and Siddhant shook their legs with Salman on the song 'Kaali Teri Gutt' from their film. the cast also played fun horror games with Salman Khan on the stage. This has certainly hyped the audience's excitement to witness the crazy horrible and hilarious adventure of this trio in the theatres.

In the new promo, Katrina asks Salman if he was to become a ghost, who would he like to spy on? The Tiger 3 actor was quick to respond saying "Vicky Kaushal" who is an actor and Katrina Kaif's husband. The two stars got married in December 2021. When asked why, Salman said, "Loving hai, caring hai, ya daring hai. Uske baare mein baat karta hoon toh aap blushing hai (He is loving, caring or daring. When I talk about him, you blush)."

As the theme of the episode is horror, the garden area of the house and the contestants will be dressed according to the horror theme. At the beginning of the episode, host Salman Khan declares that a game of ‘Saam, Daam, Dand, Bhed’ will be played but with a twist of horror. The first part of the game is ‘Saam’, wherein Abdu Rozik is given the responsibility of giving ‘Chain Tags’ to the housemates with qualities that they rarely use written on them. The chain of ‘Dimag’ is given to Ankit Gupta, indicating that he barely uses his brains. ‘Tameez’ is given to Sumbul Touqeer, implying that she isn’t well-behaved. The game goes on and the contestants are forced to face the hard truth.

The second part of the game is ‘Daam’ where friendships will be tested. Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia and Shiv Thakare are the first pair of friends to play the game. Nimrit is given a chance to shift to Shiv's room on the condition that she has to take half of the ration from her room and move to other room. Nimrit prioritises the food of the room and declines the offer. The second player is Gautam, and he is given an opportunity to be the captain of the house and give up on all the ration of the house, he accepts the offer, and all hell breaks loose. All the housemates turn against Gautam for compromising on the food of the house, including his dear friend Soundarya Sharma. Gautam realises his mistake but it’s too late. He gets the captaincy but loses the weekly ration.

Bringing her star presence to the show, Katrina Kaif comes on the ‘vaar’ stage and says that she is on a mission to connect host Salman Khan with his fans from the other world. An Ouija board is set up and Katrina tries to connect Salman with his ‘Bhoot’ fans. The fun doesn’t end here as Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ishaan Khatter surprise the audience and the host by recreating a scene from Salman Khan’s iconic movie Andaaz Apna Apna. The guests enter the Bigg Boss house, and they play numerous games with the contestants to jive up the energy of the house. From Katrina Kaif teaching the contestants the steps from her new song ‘Kinna Sona Lagta Hain Tu’, to Siddhant rapping with MC Stan and Ishaan dancing with Shiv, the entertainment quotient will be at peak.

Amidst all the fun, the sword of elimination hovers on the head of the nominated contestants and to find out which contestant’s journey comes to an end, stay tuned to the show.
