Just a few days back we had reported that filmmaker Boney Kapoor would be heading to Chennai to attend a puja in memory of his wife the late Sridevi. Well the puja to mark the first anniversary of Sridevi’s untimely death was held on Thursday, February 14.

Attending the puja were Sridevi’s family members as well as the Kapoor clan comprising of Boney Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, and daughters Janhvi and Khushi Kapoor. Apart from them South Indian actor Ajith was also present at the puja along with his wife Shalini. For the uninitiated Sridevi, was found dead at a Dubai hotel on February 24 last year where she had gone to attend nephew Mohit Marwah’s wedding.
