South Korean actor Choi Woo Shik, known for his last performance in Oscar-winning movie Parasite, held a live online fan meeting “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” through KakaoTV. This was in celebration of him completing a decade in the industry while working in movies and dramas.
Interestingly, he invited his best friends on his live broadcast on Monday. There was the much-awaited Wooga Squad reunion on July 5. During the fan meeting, BTS' vocalist V, actors Park Seo Joon, Park Hyung Sik, and musician Peakboy made an appearance and participated in fun conversations and games with Choi Woo Shik.
This was the first public appearance of Park Hyung Sik since he was discharged from the miltary. The actor is currently busy with the filming of his upcoming drama, Happiness. Park Seo Joon is filming Concrete Utopia whereas V is gearing up for the releases of the BTS' 'Butter' CD single along with the new track 'Permission To Dance'.
Choi Woo Shik revealed who congratulated him for Parasite's Academy Award wins. V said, “We were both in the United States at the time and I congratulated him.” Choi mentioned Park Seo Joon, who had a cameo in the movie, had also congratulated him as well. He said, “They both congratulated me at the same time. Seo Joon from Korea and Taehyung [V’s real name] from the United States.”
BTS' V, who is busy gearing up for July 9 comeback, thanked Choi Woo Shik for inviting him. "Hello! I'm really thankful for being able to make memories here today and it was great. This is the first time I appeared as a guest. Thank you for welcoming me warmly like this and our new song is coming out on July 9. I hope it can provide even a little healing to Choi Wooshik's fans as well."

For unversed, BTS' V made his acting debut in Korean historical drama Hwarang which was led by Park Seo Joon with Park Hyung Sik as the second lead. Park Seo Joon and Choi Woo Shik worked together in the drama Fight For My Way and Shut Up Family. Peakboy featured on V's song 'Snow Flower'. They eventually became close friends and their group is called Wooga Squad.
