Madaari is yet another real life inspired tale coming from Nishikant Kamat, who has made films like Dombivli Fast and Mumbai Meri Jaan. The film stars Irrfan Khan and earlier, we had received a glimpse of the avatar the actor will be sporting in the film. Along with yet another look of Irrfan, for the upcoming trailer launch, a special invite was planned.

Interestingly, the invite for the trailer launch was not planned by the makers but Irrfan Khan's younger son Ayaan. Ayaan has sent out handwritten letters to everyone as invites for the trailer launch. It is being said that at its heart Madaari is a story about a father and a son that Irrfan is personally very passionate about. In fact, the actor's younger son will also be attending the trailer launch of the movie.

Madaari is inspired from several true life incidents where Irrfan Khan will be playing a vigilante. Produced by Shailesh R Singh, Sutapa Sikdar and Shailja Kejriwal, Madaari also stars Jimmy Sheirgill and Tushar Dalvi.
