Raveena Tandon, who rarely makes appearances in films, have signed on a new project titled Matr and has been quite excited about the same. We have got a glimpse of the actress from the sets of her film on social media.

Raveena Tandon took to Twitter to post a picture or rather what she likes to call as a 'bloody selfie' saying, "This is what a "Bloody" selfie looks like !!!! #Matr #shoottime" Matr, The Mother traces the journey of a daughter and a mother shot with a backdrop of Delhi NCR. The script is written by the US based writer Michael Pellico who believes that women and motherly roles make strong protagonists. Raveena Tandon, in an interview, had described her character as a working woman who deals with several challenges.

Directed by Ashtar Sayed, Matr deals with the subject of violence against women.
