Akshay Kumar is a very busy man. The actor is currently busy shooting for PadMan which is a biopic on an entrepeneur Arunachalam Muruganantham. This film happens to be first film under Twinkle Khanna’s production banner. Before the film, the couple did quite research and met with the real life PadMan before they began shooting.

Today, Twinkle Khanna shared a picture where real life PadMan and his wife came to visit the sets of the film. Akshay Kumar, director R Balki and Twinkle Khanna met Arunachalam and his family. All them posed together holding a clapper and captioned it as, “On the set today with the real and reel life Padman and our brilliant director Balki #Padman #MrsFunnybonesMovies."

Directed by R Balki and produced by Twinkle Khanna, PadMan is based on a real-life story of a social entrepreneur, Arunachalam Muruganantham, who took it up to himself to provide low-cost sanitary napkins to women from poor economic states across rural India. The film also stars Sonam Kapoor and Radhika Apte.
