Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana, one of the most versatile actors in Bollywood, has revealed that he plans to focus on music in near future. The actor, who has lent his voice to several popular songs, said that he wants to explore more music in the coming year.

In an exclusive video interview with Bollywood Hungama, Ayushmann said, “It just needs a lot of discipline. It is just that for the past 2-3 years, I was releasing at least 2-3 films a year. This time I am planning not to do more than 2 films (a year). Rather I would try to do more than 2 singles. So, that is the plan.”

He further added, “I want to explore more music, because it just comes straight from my heart. We do some calculations when it comes to films like this film is apt for OTT, that film is apt for theatres, but when I compose with Rochak (Rochak Kohli), when we are together or now when I will be doing singles, it will be coming straight from my heart.”

On the film front, Ayushmann is currently gearing up for the highly anticipated Dream Girl 2, where he will portray the character of Karamveer Singh. The story of the first film in the franchise revolved around a jobless youth who finds success by impersonating a woman named Pooja at a call centre. The sequel to the 2019 film will see Ananya Panday as the female lead. The film promises another dose of entertainment.
