EXCLUSIVE: “I don’t think he really really meant it,” – Gauahar Khan on Sidharth Shukla’s ‘I have a girlfriend at home’ remark

Gauahar Khan, Sidharth Shukla and Hina Khan had entered the Bigg Boss 14 house for a brief period of time as seniors. Before they exited the house, the seniors with their respective team members locked horns with each other for a task. During the task, Sidharth was seen asking Gauahar not to touch him on television as he has a girlfriend at home. With no time the clip went viral.

Talking to Bollywood Hungama after exiting from the show, Gauahar spoke about the remark made by Sidharth. "Sidharth is very funny when he has to be. He actually has a great sense of humour and he was troubling me at that time. He thought I would get distracted from the task and he was saying anything. But I don't think he really really meant it that I have a girlfriend at home. It was just because I touched him and was pushing him back. So that was his sense of humour."

"I hope he has a girlfriend because he is a great guy. He really needs to be looked after as he is completely pampered by his mom. He gets his food on time and all that. So, I hope he gets a girl who can take care of himself. So, ya I pray that he gets a good girl,” she further said.

Sidharth Shukla who is the winner of Bigg Boss 13 shared a close bond with co-contestant Shehnaaz Gill while in the house. Their pair was so loved by the audience that they coined the term SidNaaz for the two. However, they have denied being in a relationship. Speaking about the SidNaaz hashtag , Gauahar said, “I know about the hashtag, I know it is very popular as well. But who am I to comment on that. They look cute together and they were great in their season. If that is the truth I will be very happy for them.”
