Emraan Hashmi and Kirti Kulhari are making their way to the digital platform Netflix with a thriller series, Bard Of Blood. The series is being produced by superstar Shah Rukh Khan. SRK has been doing some teaser promos for the show creating excitement amongst the fans.

And we finally have the first look of the series. Emraan Hashmi and Kirti Kulhari feature in this first glimpse as the two of them seem of engrossed in a conversation. Talking about the series, Ribhu Dasgupta said, “This journey on Bard of Blood has been one which I will cherish all my life. It has changed me as a person and as a filmmaker for the best. Directing the series for Netflix, in association with Red Chillies Entertainment and Mr. Khan has been an extremely fulfilling experience. I am so glad I could be part of it and very excited about the trailer launch. ”

Bard Of Blood is about four Indian intelligence officers belonging to the Indian Intelligence Wing (IIW) who are compromised before they can relay an important piece of information to India. They get captured and are about to be decapitated. The series features a commercially successful and critically acclaimed and cast comprising Emraan Hashmi, Vineet Kumar Singh, Shobhita Dhulipala, Kirti Kulhari and Rajit Kapoor amongst others. Directed by Ribhu Dasgupta and produced by Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment, the series is based on the best selling and loved the book of the same name written by Bilal Siddiqui. It is all set to launch on the 27th September 2019 on the service.
