Recently, Bollywood actress Nora Fatehi left everyone mesmerised with her moves in Thank God’s song ‘Manike’, which is a Hindi version of ‘Manike Mage Hithe’. Not only the Hindi version, but the original track itself had charmed everyone and the Sri Lanka-based singer Yohani Diloka de Silva became a sensation in India overnight. Talking about the same and more, Yohani recently spoke to Bollywood Hungama. The singer-rapper opened up about the initial days of her career.

When asked to share the biggest struggle during the initial days of her career, Yohani reveals, “I didn't know how to make a melody”. She continued and added, “I used to be like proper pissed off about it because I didn't know how to make a melody like how do people come up with melodies”.

Interestingly, in the following question when we asked if there is anything she wants to change one thing about her journey, she immediately responded with “nothing”. As the round progressed further, she also revealed that she wants to collaborate with Badshah.

Currently, Yohani is enjoying the success of the Hindi version of her popular song ‘Manike Mage Hithe’. The song is featured in Ajay Devgn and Sidharth Malhotra starrer Thank God. The film, releasing on October 24, 2022, also stars Rakul Preet Singh in the lead.
