EXCLUSIVE: “Do not ask when”, says Priyanka Chopra Jonas when talking about Jee Le Zaraa going on floors : Bollywood News

Priyanka Chopra Jonas returned home to Mumbai to promote her haircare line, Anomaly. But her arrival also sparked several speculations about the actress kicking off Jee Le Zaraa with Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif. In an exclusive conversation with Bollywood Hungama, Priyanka talked about everything in an around her haircare brand Anomaly, while also briefly touching her female-centric road trip drama. When we asked when is the film going on floors, “When? Don’t ask me,” she said with a laugh. “Hopefully we are shooting.”

Speaking of how excited she is about the Farhan Akhtar venture, she said, “Of course, I’m so excited about it. I’m shooting a movie with my friends. When you make a movie with your friends it’s like it’s not work, it’s just creative fun. Hopefully we shoot that in next year.”

Besides her rom-com film Love Again and her ambitious space sci-fi drama Citadel, Jee Le Zaraa is the only Bollywood film that the actress has signed by far. The film also stars Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif and has been in the pipeline for quite some time now owing to the pandemic and later, Alia’s pregnancy.

The film is now expected to go on floors somewhere next year. Plot details have been hushed.
