Mardaani fame actor Tahir Raj Bhasin was recently seen playing Sunil Gavaskar in Ranveer Singh lead 83. The 34-year old actor has shared the moment when real Gavaskar saw his performance.

In an exclusive interview with Bollywood Hungama, Bhasin shared what was Sunil Gavaskar’s first reaction on seeing his performance in 83. He said, “Sunil Gavaskar sir was emotional and proud.” Tahir also answered some really interesting questions about Shah Rukh Khan, Ranveer Singh, Shweta Tripathi, Kabir Khan, Yeh Kaali Kaali Ankhein etc.

On the work front, Tahir is playing the romantic lead in Looop Lapeta a feature film produced by Sony Pictures and Ellipsis entertainment. The film is the Indian adaptation of the hit German classic Run Lola Run and also stars Taapsee Pannu. The film is scheduled to premiere on 4 February 2022 on Netflix.
