Here’s how Anil Kapoor trains without a gym

All his kids have ventured into their film business yet Anil Kapoor looks suave as ever! The secret behind his fitness is his dedication towards workout. His trainer Marc Mead asserts that the actor doesn’t cut any slack and rarely cheats with his diet. We must say it is quite visible in the way Anil has maintained himself in years! Anil Kapoor is currently in Patiala shooting for Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga with Sonam Kapoor.

His Australia based trainer Marc Mead mentioned that the actor often considers his training session as me time. Anil Kapoor, reportedly, doesn’t believe in distractions and hence likes to work out on his own. Despite the fact that he is shooting with his daughter, the actor hasn’t changed his regime.

Marc, who is already Anil’s yoga instructor, has accompanied the actor for his latest schedule for the film. Speaking on the look, Anil will be sporting, the director Shelly Dhar described as a never-before-seen one. He will also be donning a grey beard. Currently the film is being shot in a family house in Patiala.

Describing his non gym workout, Marc spoke about the tyre training technique that he uses. Considering the fact that there is no gym around, Marc often opts for new training technique for the actor. His aim is to shock his muscles and improve compound moves. With a schedule of at least two intense workouts, he trains six days sincerely.

On the other hand, Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga brings together Anil Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor together for the first time. The film also stars Juhi Chawla and Rajkummar Rao in prominent roles. It features Madhu Malti as Anil’s wife.
