South Korean singer-actor Im Siwan and AOA’s Seolhyun 's webtoon based new romance drama I Don't Want To Do Anything has unveiled new dreamy preview. I Don’t Feel Like Doing Anything (literal translation – previously titled Summer Strike) is an upcoming Genie TV original drama based on a popular webtoon of the same name. The romance story is about people who decide to quit their current lifestyles in the busy city and move to a small town to do nothing, where they’re ultimately able to find themselves.
According to Korean media portal Soompi, Seolhyun will portray the character of Lee Yeo Reum, a jobless woman who declares a life strike and relocates to Angok Village. Im Siwan will play the role of Ahn Dae Bum, a shy librarian, showing a complete transformation from previous characters he has portrayed.
As per the report, Shin Eun Soo also stars in the upcoming drama playing Kim Bom, a tough high school student who skips class but still ends up at the library. Meanwhile, Bang Jae Min stars as Heo Jae Hoon, an innocent person who has a crush on Kim Bom.
The newly released preview perfectly captures the carefree and relaxed lifestyles of our two lead stars who have chosen to do nothing. Each of the posters read, as translated by Soompi, “Today and tomorrow too, ‘I Don’t Feel Like Doing Anything.'” In the new preview, all of them comment, “I don’t feel like doing anything.”
I Don't Want To Do Anything will be produced by GT, the production company behind the popular in 2019 series Hotel Del Luna. The series marks Im Siwan and Seolhyun's first time working together. I Don't Feel Like Doing Anything will air through in November.
