Jaideep Ahlawat, renowned for his roles in Indian films and series such as Gangs of Wasseypur, Raazi, Paatal Lok, and Three of Us, has recently taken delivery of a Mercedes-Benz GLS. The dealership shared the news on social media, showcasing the luxury SUV. The Mercedes-Benz GLS is a popular choice among celebrities, starting at ₹1.32 crore (ex-showroom).
The facelifted Mercedes-Benz GLS, introduced earlier this year, features a new petrol engine option. It boasts a refreshed design with a horizontally slatted silver radiator grille, redesigned LED headlamps and taillights, an updated front bumper, new air inlet grilles, and high-gloss black accents.

The cabin of the Mercedes-Benz GLS facelift maintains its original layout but now offers new upholstery options in Catalana Brown and Bahia Brown. It also features an updated MBUX infotainment system and a redesigned instrument cluster. The luxury SUV includes a 13-speaker Burmester sound system delivering 590 watts, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, wireless charging, and more.
The Mercedes-Benz GLS is available with two engine options. The GLS 450 4MATIC is powered by a 3.0-liter six-cylinder petrol engine, producing 375 bhp and 500 Nm of peak torque. The GLS 450d 4MATIC comes with a 3.0-liter six-cylinder diesel engine, generating 361 bhp and 750 Nm of peak torque. Both engines are matched with a 9-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive.
On the work front, Jaideep Ahlawat's recent appearances include Netflix's Maharaj and Zee5's The Broken News 2 this year. He is also set to appear in the Sriram Raghavan-directed film Ekkis, which is scheduled for release early next year.
