Jugjugg Jeeyo Trailer Launch: “Tere maa-baap gaye the rishta le ke?” – Varun Dhawan pokes fun at a reporter who asked Kiara Advani about settling down in two years

Dharma Productions is ready for the big family entertainer of the year with the upcoming film, JugJugg Jeeyo. Starring Varun Dhawan, Anil Kapoor, Kiara Advani, Neetu Kapoor, Prajakta Koli, and Maniesh Paul, the film will be released on June 24, 2022. Directed by Raj Mehta of Good Newwz fame, the makers launched the trailer on May 22 amid much fanfare. At the press conference, Varun Dhawan was in jovial mode and poked fun at a reporter who questioned Kiara about her marriage and that she will settle in two years.

It is known that Kiara Advani has been dating Sidharth Malhotra for couple of years and rumours are rife that they are next couple in line to get married. But, the actress had a befitting response about settling down. Giving a response to the reporter, Kiara said "Without marriage, I can be well settled, right? I am well settled. I am doing work. I am earning and I am happy."

One reporter asked Anil Kapoor, "Aap purane khiladi hai... Varun ne haal hi mein shaadi ki hai. Kiara bhi 1-2 saal mein shaadi karengi. Toh aapne koi tips di thi unhe?"

Varun was quick to take the mic and said, "Tere maa-baap gaye the rishta le ke?" The reporter replied, "Nahi." Varun continued, "Toh phir kaisa pata tujhe ki shaadi karne wali hai?"

Jugjugg Jeeyo will release in theatres on June 24, 2022.
