Kriti Sanon says she wants to make a film on her Bachchhan Paandey co-star Akshay Kumar : Bollywood News

With theatres reopening in full capacity, the Bollywood industry is slowly coming back to its track. After the humongous success of Gangubai Kathiawadi, we have a list of grandeur movies up for release in the upcoming months. On the occasion of Holi this year. Akshay Kumar and Kriti Sanon starrer Bachchhan Paandey is all set to hit the theatres.

Ahead of the film's release, its cast is going all out to promote their upcoming film. Recently, on March 09, Akshay Kumar along with Kriti Sanon, Arshad Warsi, Jacqueline Fernandez, and Farhad Samji addressed a press conference in Mumbai.

In the film, Kriti Sanon plays the role of a filmmaker and while addressing the media, Kriti was asked who's the one actor she'd love to make a film on, or a biopic on the real-life of an actor from the industry. Without taking any time, Kriti took her Bachchhan Paandey co-star, Akshay Kumar’s name elaborating that his life would be really interesting to translate on screen, given all the struggles he has gone through. To this, Akshay Kumar was quick to respond and said, “I am sure everyone struggles. And mine is no different. Someone asked me to write a book, but I feel there isn't a need.”

Helmed by Farhad Samji Bachchhan Paandey is all set to release on March 18, 2022, in theatres.
