Kundali Bhagya actress Sana Sayyad announces arrival of baby girl : Bollywood News

Sana Sayyad, who played the role of Dr. Palki Khurana in the popular Zee TV show Kundali Bhagya, decided to quit the show in May 2024 amid rumours of her being pregnant with her first child. In September later that year, the popular television star announced the news of her pregnancy and now on October 9, Sana along with her entrepreneur husband Imaad Shamsi welcomed their first child – a baby girl.

The thrilled couple decided to share this news with their social media fam almost immediately as the actress shared the post on Wednesday in her Instagram Story. The post read, “Welcome Baby Girl” in cursive letters with the date of birth “09.10.2024” and the name of the parents “Sana & Imaad”, followed by two adorable ballons added to the message. Followed by this, best wishes of many who are close to the couple started pouring in on the platform and Sana along with her hubby also reposted many of these sweet congratulatory messages and best wishes that came their way.

Ever since she quit in May, Sana maintained silence on her pregnancy but a few weeks ago, in September, the actress shared a beautiful photoshoot with husband Imaad, flaunting her baby bump wherein she said, “There’s nothing like a brand new pair of GENES !!! our little miracle is on the way”. Followed by the post, the actress also went on to share a glimpse of her baby shower where she was seen enjoying with her friends.

Coming to her show Kundali Bhagya, the actress essayed the role of aka Paras Kalnawat’s love interest and took over the show as one of its main protagonists after it took a leap of over two decades. Her chemistry with Paras, who played the role of Rajveer Luthra, the son of Preeta and Karan Luthra, was much appreciated by the audience who fondly started to address them as ‘PalVeer’. Currently, the role of Dr. Palki is currently being played by Imlie actress Adrija Roy.
