LOOK! This transformation of Aamir Khan to Shakti Kumarr is intriguing and funny!

He is the eternal superstar who often rules the box office every year. Aamir Khan is all set for the unconventional film Secret Superstar which stars his Dangal daughter Zaira Wasim as an aspiring singer. On the other hand, he plays a rather interesting character, that of Shakti Kumarr.

Musician Shakti Kumarr played by Aamir Khan may not be the protagonist of the film but his pivotal cameo is a turning point in the film. But this creepy, off-the-market, wannabe musician not only has a crazy personality but also has looks that would probably make you love or hate him but never ignore him. The actor will be seen in a never before avatar where he will be sporting a weird hair do, funky beard and tight and blingy clothes.

Aamir Khan, who rarely styles it up in real life, had to try on some stuff that he has probably never done in his life which included spiked hair and tight tees. Interestingly, the actor gave a screen test for the role while he was still in his Dangal look, glimpses of which are seen in the BTS. The video also showcases the film's team expressing their thoughts on the colourful character. Everyone from Zaira Wasim, Advait Chandan, Kiran Rao, Sanya Malhotra, Meher Vij to Monali Thakur couldn't contain their laughter while expressing their thoughts on Shakti Kumaarr.

Costume Designer sort of described the mentality of Shakti Kumarr saying that ‘he probably considers his look really cool but it isn’t true’, followed by a cringe-worthy expression of Zaira. Talking about the character Producer Kiran Rao stated, "Shakti Kumaarr is a music director who is going through a rough time. Such characters are barely written for any actor." Adding to it, Aamir Khan shared, "He is a bit flirt, flirts with girls, Shakti Kumaarr consists of all the bad qualities you can imagine in a man."

The video has Aamir Khan getting his crew member including director Advait Chandan try various funky looks so as to decide which one suits the character the best. The entire team had a blast trying and experimenting various looks in their collaborative effort. Aamir Khan himself tried various clothes and looks which got the entire crew laughing in splits. The actor is also seen breaking into a jig, which the audience has never seem him doing.

Trying on several t-shirts, the one he selects will definitely give you the creeps, especially if you are a fashion lover! Even though his off screen image is subtle and stylish, Aamir Khan was ready to take the risk to try on something that is the complete opposite of his real self. Zaira Wasim who earlier played the daughter of Aamir Khan in Dangal commented on the look saying, "It was a mental jump for me to witness him in these quirky looks.”
