Munawar Faruqui says ‘dhamkiya mat dijiye’ to Kangana Ranaut during Lock Upp premiere : Bollywood News

ALT Balaji’s Lock Upp has its premiere on Sunday where actress Kangana Ranaut was seen as the host of the show. The show has locked the controversial personality in a lock up theme house and one of the comedian Munawar Faruqui, who landed into controversy for commenting on the religion and now he is back in the controversial show.

During the premiere of the show, Munawar Faruqui locked the horns with Kangana, in the promo it was seen Kangana telling that he deserves ‘saza-e-maut’ for one of his comment and Munawar replied, ‘dhamkiya mat dijiye’.

Later Kangana asked, “Why are you here? I hope you don’t mess with me… Mazak kar ri hu year. Hum bhi toh joke maar sakte hai na.” in which Munawar said, ‘it was not funny.

Munawar and Kangana are known for having opposite political views. The comedian started his journey in the year 2017 and he was arrested for hurting religious sentiments.

Apart from Munawar, Nisha Rawal, Poonam Pandey, Karanvir Bohra, Babita Phogat are also the contestant of the show and they will be playing with the challenges and other task to win the show.
