With many actors extending their support towards the Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan, most of them are contributing to many campaigns that are related to the cause but in their own way. While actors like Salman Khan have been creating awareness and fighting against open defecation and many such causes, now two star kids have decided to take up the initiative to participate in a cleanliness drive.

The kids we are talking about here are Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s daughter Shora and his son Yani. Recently the two kids were seen cleaning the Versova beach located in suburban Mumbai and photos of the same were shared by their uncle and Nawaz’s brother Shamas Siddiqui.

Taking to twitter as a proud uncle, Shamas appreciated the kids’ gesture saying, “My Niece and Nephew (Shora, Yani) is also supporting... every sunday... Versova Beach Cleaning Program by @AfrozShah1 please come with us.”

While the world celebrated Environment Day on June 5, we saw over 2000 volunteers coming on to the Versova beach for a cleanliness drive led by city lawyer Afroz Shah, on Sunday (June 4). Reportedly, the participants including the residents cleaned up to 160 tonnes of garbage and even planted 500 trees as a part of the afforestation campaign.
