Neelima Azim reveals that it was Shahid Kapoor who wanted her to have a child again : Bollywood News

Siblings Shahid Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter share a great bond and we know this from the love they shower on each other on social media and during interviews. The two appeared together on screen for the first time on Karan Johar's chat show and had a candid chat about their life.

Neelima Azim reveals that it was Shahid Kapoor who wanted her to have a child again

However, their mother Neelima Azim was not sure of embracing parenthood after Shahid Kapoor. In an interview with an entertainment channel, Neelima Azim said that it was Shahid who wanted her to have a child again. She said that when Shahid was 14, she was well settled with then-husband Rajesh Khattar. The actress said that she was working at the time and did not think of having a baby again. However, Shahid specifically wanted a brother.

Neelima further said that when Ishaan was born the doctor first congratulated Shahid saying that he got his baby brother. She recalled that Shahid went to the gully where he played with his friends and did a mad dance to express his joy. Neelima also said that Shahid was a big help when it came to Ishaan. She said that Shahid is Ishaan's biggest inspiration and motivation.
