Priyanka Chopra celebrated Karwa Chauth on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, while missing her husband Nick Jonas. However, Nick made sure to reciprocate her feelings with a sweet post.
He shared a photo of Priyanka's recent look from the Jio World Plaza after-party and complimented her using the viral trend, "just looking like a wow."
"So beautiful, so elegant… just looking like a wow," he wrote on the post.
Priyanka did not reply to his post on social media, but she shared a throwback photo of the couple chilling on a yacht, writing, "When anything is overwhelming… #myrock #throwback."
Having said that it is worth mentioning that earlier, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, and Wamiqa Gabbi also jumped on the "just looking like a wow" trend. Deepika and Wamiqa posted the phrase on social media, while Ranveer used it to compliment Nita Ambani when he walked the ramp at the Jio World Plaza opening.
On the occasion of Karwa Chauth, Priyanka shared a photo of the decorated sieve with a diya in the wee hours of Thursday, while waiting for the moon to be seen. "Happy Karwa Chauth to everyone celebrating," she wrote, adding a heart emoji and tagging Nick.
In the next picture, she also informed fans of her departure from the city, writing, "Wil miss you Mumbai. Alvida meri jaan… see you soon."
Priyanka, who is the chairperson of Jio MAMI Film Festival, attended the star-studded opening ceremony. However, she did not walk the ramp at the mall opening, which saw the likes of Karisma Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor, Suniel Shetty, Athiya Shetty, Karan Johar, Shilpa Shetty, and Shehnaaz Gill, among others.
