Shah Rukh Khan’s comeback through Siddharth Anand’s directorial Pathaan has taken the box office by storm. The film was expected to earn big when its advance booking was opened. But what it has achieved is truly unprecedented at the ticket window by breaking various box office records. During such time, congratulatory wishes are pouring in for SRK. We can now add choreographer Shiamak Dawar’s name in the list.

Shiamak took to his official Instagram page and shared a picture not just with Shah Rukh but also Salman Khan, who had an important cameo in Pathaan as his character Tiger.

In his caption, Shiamak also thanked SRK for encouraging him to do ‘Dil Toh Pagal Hai’ years ago. “It’s truly amazing to know the two biggest superstars of Bollywood. I remember when @iamsrk convinced me to do ‘Dil Toh Pagal Hai’, for which I’m truly and eternally grateful to this day, and now seeing him absolutely slay it on the big screen with Pathaan. And how can we forget about the other megastar in the room, @beingsalmankhan who adds absolute value and entertainment with his alluring presence. Wishing these two legends all the best for their future endeavours,” said Shiamak.

The enormous success of Pathaan has increased expectations from SRK’s two upcoming releases of the year, Jawan and Dunki. Directed by Atlee, Jawan also stars Vijay Sethupathi, Nayanthara and Sanya Malhotra. Dunki, on the other hand, is also keenly awaited because it’s directed by Bollywood’s ‘hit machine’ Rajkumar Hirani. He is returning as a director after five years following the success of Sanju, the biopic on Sanjay Dutt where Ranbir Kapoor played the titular character.
