Kartik Aaryan, Bhumi Pednekar and Ananya Panday are starring in the remake of the 1978 film, Pati Patni Aur Woh in which Bhumi plays Kartik’s wife. The cast is currently on the last leg of their shooting schedule in Lucknow and are enjoying their time on the sets of the film. And today, they are celebrating director Mudassar Aziz’ birthday.
Bhumi Pednekar shared a candid moment from the sets of the film in which she is sharing a romantic moment with Kartik Aaryan while her director is observing the scene. She captioned the photo, “Pati Patni aur ‘Woh’ ♀ Wishing the woh in this situation ,our director @mudassar_as_is ,a very happy birthday ❤ May you shine brighter and stronger #PatiPatniAurWoh @kartikaaryan @ananyapanday @junochopra.”
Ananya Panday, too, shared a lovely moment with Mudassar while recreating the famous Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge train scene in Lucknow. She wrote, “How can we not look up to u - aapke naam main hi Sir hain.. happy bday M @mudassar_as_is ❤ #PatiPatniAurWoh #MyDDLJmoment.”
Directed by Mudassar Aziz and produced by Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series, Pati Patni Aur Woh is the official remake of the 1978 movie. The film starred Sanjeev Kumar, Vidya Sinha, and Ranjeeta Kaur. It is scheduled for December 6, 2019 release.
