Kajol will be reuniting with her Dilwale co-star Kriti Sanon and this time, the latter will be essaying a double role for the first time.

National Award winner Kriti Sanon is all set to prove her mettle as an actor once again. With this being a highly successful for her, with back-to-back blockbusters like Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya and Crew, the actress is set on taking a new role of a producer. After the trailer was unveiled recently, while many of her fans have showered praises on Sanon for experimenting yet again with another intriguing role, the actress also seems to have earned appreciation from her co-stars, especially from one of the most popular actresses, Kajol.

Adding to that, Sanon will be seen in a unique kind of twin role in the upcoming Do Patti that also marks her reunion with Dilwale co-star Kajol. Speaking about Kriti as an actress and excited about her second collab with the star, Kajol said, "Kriti has come far since Dilwale." She further added, "There has been a wonderful growth spurt in her filmography. It was amazing to witness her transform from one character to the other in this film.” Amid many glam roles, Kriti Sanon has also made a mark as a versatile star by portraying diverse and quirky characters on screen.

Interestingly, Do Patti is also a special film for Kajol since it will be the first time she will be playing the role of a cop in this thriller. Marking the film debut of television star Shaheer Sheikh, the film is produced by Kriti’s banner Blue Butterfly Films along with Kanika Dhillon’s Kathha Pictures. Along with Kriti, Kajol, and Shaheer, it will also feature Tanvi Azmi, Brijendra Kalra, Vivek Mushran, Prachee Shah Pandya, among others. It is slated for release on October 25 on Netflix.
