Kanika is the writer for Taapsee's next film Haseen Dilruba, which also stars Vikrant Massey. The film is a thrilling murder mystery in a twisted love story that will only keep the audience on the edge of their seat. Talking about writing this film and collaborating with Taapsee once again, Kanika says,” This story is very special to me because it has consumed the writer in me a lot. It is a very interesting and gripping tale. I am glad to see Taapsee essaying this interesting role and it is great to be collaborating with Aanand sir for this film.”
